You are free to chat with members who send you requests.

To be able to send requests yourself to members, you need to be a paid member.

Yep! QuakQuack.in chat app or Yapp, as we like to call it, is a quick and easy way to chat one-on-one with members who are currently online.

Yes, it is free to chat with users sending you chat requests. Just go to the Who’s online page and check out who’s online! Simple! Behold, and you may see a request coming your way!!

Please note that as a free member, you will be able to receive chat requests. You can send chat requests when you are premium member.

By default, when you login to QuackQuack.in for the first time, you are in the online mode. Once you are online, you can choose to stay online, busy or offline. The status at the time of logout becomes your status for the next login.

To send and receive messages, you need to stay in ‘online’ mode.

If you wish to stay online and chat with the ones only you wish to initiate chat with, you can set your status to ‘busy’.

With this status, others will not be able to send you chat requests. But you can send chat requests to other and cha with them if you are premium member.

Its simple! Just click on the ‘Chat Options’ button on the chat bar (on the bottom right) and you can set your chat status there.

On the home page too, you can click on your chat status (on the top left of your main console) and toggle between Online, Busy and Offline statues.

Premium members are eligible to initiate chat. Keeping in mind your security and privacy and other members and QuackQuack.in being a platform for singles, we wish to bring to you and other members, the right quality and sincere and targeted approach. It would enable both the sender and the receiver to have a quality time chatting on QuackQuack.in!

When you send a chat request to a user, the user gets your request and has the option to Accept / Decline / Decline and Block the request. Once the user accepts your chat request, you can start chatting to glory!

When you receive a chat request, your chat window opens up with a request from the member who wishes to chat with you.

You can select to reply from the below options:

Accept: Select this option if you are ok to chat with the user.

Decline: Select this option if you wish to decline the chat request. Once you decline, this member will be unable to send you a chat request for the next 15 minutes.

Decline and Block: Use this option if you no longer wish to receive chat request nor want to communicate with the user. Decline and Block helps in blocking the user from seeing your profile and sending chat requests. The user will not be able to contact you nor chat / message you. The same rule applies vice-versa.

On your chat window, you have an icon bar above the chat screen for ‘End Chat’. Click on ‘End Chat’ to end the chat session.

Once the chat session ends, you will have to send or receive a chat request to start chatting again with the user.

‘Handwrite a message’ is a unique feature with QuackQuack.in. You can send a customized doodle / handwritten message with the help of this feature.

Yes! QuackQuack.in supports writing messages in your local language.

Just click on ‘Write in your language’ icon on the icons bar of your chat window and select the Indian language you want to write your message in.

Currently supported languages include: Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, Sanskrit, Urdu, Arabic, Kannada, Nepali, Tamil, Bengali, Malayalam, Persian and Telugu.

Click on the ‘Send a Blink’, ‘Wave Me' or ‘Send Message’ image that appears on every profile you see.

If someone is bothering you, at any point of time, you can end the chat or block the user by clicking on

the ‘End chat’ or ‘Block Profile’ icons respectively on the chat window icon bar.

To unblock members, please go to your Block List under Account Settings > My Filters and unblock members from there. Once you unblock someone, you can send and receive Blinks, Waves, Q-mail and/or instant messages.

No. You must set your pop-up blocker to allow all the chat app pop-ups when you are on QuackQuack.in so that you do not miss any feature of the chat app.

To find your pop-up blocker, look around the top section of your browser. There will be a toolbar which will have options to allow/dis-allow pop-ups. Most browsers usually have the Yahoo or Google toolbar with the pop-up blocker feature.
