Yes. You can send messages for free on QuackQuack.in. There are 3 types of messages – Blink, Wave and Q-mail.
Blink – With Blink, you can simply send a feeler without saying a word. Good for the ones’ who are shy and just want to say ‘Hi’ to the other person by just nudging them.
Wave – Wave helps you break the ice with her / him using a predefined message. You can select from an array of predefined text message which you can send as a conversation starter. Try it! It’s pretty cool.
Q-mail – With Q-mail you send personalized messages just like how you send an email. Speak your heart’s content and communicate unreservedly without any restraint.
To send personalized messages, you must upgrade to a premium membership. Once you upgrade, you can send unlimited personalized messages. This is the fastest way to connect with people and it also gives you an added advantage since your messages are more personal.
The members who receive your personalized messages can reply through personalized messages. In other words, only one member needs to have a premium membership.
There can be many reasons why you are not receiving responses.
It is possible that your profile does not match the member's requirements specified in his / her profile.
It is also possible that the member is more interested in other partners at this time.
We recommend that you check what kind of a partner the member is looking for before sending messages to the member. Also, don't forget to fill in more information about yourself (You can do so at My Profile > Add more details. It shows you are active and encourages people to respond to your messages.
The most likely reason could be that the profile you have created is too vague or is not specific. To receive more suitable messages, make your profile is more specific and provide as much information as possible.
Think again about who you are and what you want in a partner.
To stop a member from sending messages to you, you can use the Block User feature. This option is available when you are viewing a member profile or reading a message. Click on the Block User icon to block a member from sending messages to you.
You can see a list of the members you have blocked by going to Account settings > My Filters > Block List. If you want to unblock a member, click on the Unblock icon in your blocks list.
The purpose of filters is to let you decide whose Blinks / Waves / Messages you want to view in your inbox. You can set filters on age and current relationship status (marital status). All Blinks / Waves / Messages from members who do not meet your filters criteria will be delivered to your Filtered inbox. You can change your filters as often as you want from the My Profile > My Filters page.
If you set filters, all Blinks / Waves / Messages from members who do not meet your filters criteria will be delivered to your filtered box.
Example: If you set an age filter above 50, then all Blinks / Waves / Messages from members who are above 50 will be delivered with the ‘filtered’ warning in your filtered inbox. Blinks / Waves / Messages from members age Below 50 will go into your inbox without any caution. The same would apply to current status as well.
You can immediately block a user who you feel is troubling you. You can use the Block User feature to do this. This option is available on the bottom of the page when you are viewing a member profile or reading a message. Click on the Block User icon to block a member from sending messages to you. You can see a list of the members you have blocked by going to Block List. If you want to unblock a member, click on the Unblock icon.
You can alternatively report the user to QuackQuack.in’s moderators by clicking on the link Report User under a member profile and near the message you are reading. We will monitor your request and ensure proper action is taken against the reported member. By using this option, you will automatically block the user.
